Free includes 3 departments and 20 members with every core feature on: duty and activity tracking, the full leave calendar, discipline, documents, applications, certifications, announcements, Discord roles that follow the roster and Discord member import, plus a public roster page. No card needed.

Professional adds your own domain for your public roster and application forms, your own branding, documents per department, checklist documents, required reading for certifications, document read tracking, unlimited history, and a way to connect your own tools to your roster.

Nothing is deleted. You keep everything you already have. You just cannot add more of that thing until you upgrade or remove some. If you move to a plan that allows 20 members while you have 50, all 50 stay on your roster.
